Enthusiast of the digital world and new technologies, trainer, facilitator and project manager. Since 2015, he has been designing services, processes and products. Facilitates innovation workshops in the Service Design methodology and uses Design Thinking tools in her daily work.

Her approach to Service Design is supported by methods and tools such as Open Innovation, Design Thinking, Trend-Driven Innovation, Human-Centered Design, Co-creation, Lean Startup, Service Dominant Logic and Futures Thinking.

Conducted +1,000 training and workshop hours in the field of service design, design thinking, trends in digital, content marketing and internet marketing. Has high skills in the field of public speaking, facilitation and designing workshops for various audiences (managerial staff, regular employees, students). Believes that “The best thing a human can do is help another human learn more” (Charlie Munger). Her trainings, speeches and workshops in the field of Service Design cover such topics as the history and definition of service design, how service design differs from design thinking, agile, SCRUM or agile methodologies, designing and conducting co-creative workshops, visualization and ideation techniques, designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research, facilitation skills for service designers, business model development, prototyping and testing services, organizational development, digital trends, innovations in digital and macro trends.

Graduate of the Digital Management program (Hyper Island, London). Service Design Professional accredited by the international Service Design Network. In 2019, she obtained a certificate of completion of the The Art & Craft of designing & facilitating learning spaces course at KAOSPILOT. Participant in the tw: in global trendspotting program (TrendWatching’s Insight Network). Lecturer at MA and postgraduate studies at SWPS in Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, AGH and WSE in Kraków, Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań (topics: digital marketing, digital trends, design thinking, social media, employer branding, user generated content). Co-author of the book “Service Design in Polish” (new edition), founder of the TRANSFORMersi community for change leaders and initiator of the #PracaHybrydowa conference.
