In April 2022, Agnieszka joined Socjomania, where she develops business relations with the organization’s partners, as well as supports the processes of designing new and enhancing existing services. Applies the principles of human-first design in all of her projects – from desk research and data analysis, through in-depth interviews, focus groups and service safaris, to insight mining, concept and strategy creation. Strong human-centered focus stems from Agnieszka’s several years of experience in the CX area, when she was responsible for the continuous improvement of retail customer experiences – both B2B and B2C.
Certified in service design, design thinking, user research and customer experience. Graduate of the University of Wrocław in the field of communication design. Constantly on the lookout for opportunities to expand her knowledge of various factors that make up good design. Currently focuses on gaining a better understanding of behavioral sciences and their use in designing gratifying services and products.
Believes that good design happens when the benefits that end customers derive from well-designed, effective, and enjoyable services meet with the organization’s business perspective, resulting in a win-win situation.
